Eating in The Sacred Valley
The Sacred Valley is still largely underdeveloped with regards to great restaurants, and other than the very good restaurants found in the many high end hotels, there is nothing notable worth mentioning.
There are many local restaurants throughout the Sacred Valley which offer traditional Andean food at very reasonable rates, but often appear unclean with little attention to service. Most tour companies offering day trips to the valley only use buffet style hotel restaurants.
