The Huaca Pucllana restaurant is located within the ancient ruins of Huaca Pucllana, an archaeological site constructed of 1500 years ago. At night time the restaurant takes on a whole new feel as the
ancient adobe pyramid, walls and administrative and ceremonial centres are illuminated.
Huaca Pucllana offers a mouthwatering tasty selection of Peruvian Criollo cuisine, cleverly put together by head chef Marilú Madueño (Cordon Blue Paris), using her skills to combine local ingredients and flavours with modern cooking techniques. The menu includes Ceviches, soups, pastas, meats and traditional Peruvian dishes such as Creole style Chupe.
The Huaca Pucllana restaurant offers clients a cozy and comfortable setting, with crisp white table cloths contrasting against the pastel colors of the surroundings.

Our Verdict
This restaurant is all about the setting with the food following close behind. If you go you need to make a reservation and ask for a table on the terrace next to the edge overlooking the ruins. Don’t worry if it’s a chilly night as there are firepits all around so it never gets cold.
The setting is just wonderful looking out over the ruins and makes for a great evening out. You can order then get a tour of the ruins!
